Regulations of the online store
1. Entrepreneur, contact
1.1 The entity operating the online store via the Internet, operating at www.superorfeo.com is the "Obszar Wspólny" Foundation with its registered office in Łódź, ul. Częstochowska 63H (hereinafter referred to as: "the Foundation"), entered into the Register of Associations of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000722215, having REGON number: 369668901, NIP: 728-28-28-014.
1.2 The customer can contact the online store operator in any of the following ways:

2. General rules for using the Superorfeo online store
2.1. Only people over 18 years of age can use the online store.
2.2. Persons under 18 years of age can use the online store with the consent of their parents or legal guardians.
3. Ordering goods
3.1. Orders are accepted via the website www.superorfeo.com.
3.2. The goods in the online store are marked in detail. The website contains, among others, information about the properties of the product, its price, the material from which it is made, the size.
3.3. When ordering goods, the customer chooses the goods in the right way for the item, specifying in particular the size, color, and, if necessary, also providing other specific information and the number of items ordered.
4. How to buy in the online store - detailed instructions
4.1 After selecting the goods by the Customer, click the "Add to Cart" icon.
4.2 The product is transferred to the basket, which is visible after clicking the basket icon in the bar at the top of the page, which launches a page showing all products that are in the basket.
4.3 After selecting the "Go to order processing" option, a page will be launched, where you must enter the customer data necessary to complete the transaction and ship the ordered goods.
4.4 After logging in to the online store, the Customer gains access to additional options in the Customer panel such as: order history, the ability to check at what stage is the last, placed order, remembering shipping addresses
4.5 After selecting the method and entering all the necessary data (including possibly invoice data), select the payment method.
4.6 The customer has the option of choosing the online payment method (payment by payment card or bank transfer via PayPal or Przelewy24) or payment on delivery.
4.7 The Customer places orders by clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button.
4.8 After clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button, and if the Customer has selected online payment, after making the payment via PayPal or Przelewy24, the Customer is redirected to the order confirmation page, from which he can continue shopping or go to the order summary.
4.9 If you choose online payment as the form of payment for the goods (transfer or payment by credit card via PayPal or Przelewy24), the payment order should be made immediately after placing the order. If the payment is not received on the account of the Foundation or intermediaries in the transaction (PayPal or Przelewy24), the order is not considered correctly placed, which means that the contract is not concluded and the order will not be processed. In this situation, a new order should be placed.
4.10 At each stage of placing the order, until the payment is made, you can cancel the order by stopping the subsequent steps and leaving the subpage for placing orders. An order whose submission process will not be completed by the customer will not be completed.
4.11 Immediately after placing the order, an e-mail confirming the order will be sent to the Customer's e-mail address provided in the login data. In the content of this message, the Customer will receive a personalized order number, the entry of which allows, among others determining the status of the contract.
4.12 The Foundation may contact the Customer at the e-mail address provided by the Customer or by phone, to the contact phone number provided by the Customer, to clarify doubts, confirm the order or in other matters related to the implementation of the order.
5.1 The prices on the online store website given in Polish zlotys are gross prices, including VAT.
5.2 The cost of delivery is added to the price of the goods, the amount of which depends on the chosen method of delivery and payment.
5.3 The price given on the website at the time of placing the order is the final price binding both the Customer and the Foundation. After placing the order, the price of the goods ordered will not change, regardless of the price changes introduced by the Foundation or the promotional or sale campaigns initiated.
5.4 The Foundation reserves the right to change the prices of goods in the online store, introduce new goods for sale, carry out and cancel promotional campaigns on the store's websites, or make changes to them in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code and other legal provisions.
6. Availability of ordered goods
6.1 All goods offered in the online store are available goods.
6.2 In exceptional situations, e.g. in the case of simultaneous placing of an order for the same product by many customers, it may happen that the product will not be available. In such a situation, the Customer will be notified of the inability to complete the order.
6.3 The product data sheet provides full information about the size range - currently unavailable sizes are also included in this list, however they are clearly marked with a different color than the ones available and are crossed out. Product in unavailable size cannot be added to the basket.
7. Inability to complete the order
In the absence of a given product in the warehouse or inability to process the order for another reason, the Customer will be informed by e-mail about the problems with the implementation of the order.
8. Delivery method and delivery time
8.1 Deliveries of goods are carried out only in Poland.
8.2 If you choose the payment method "COD", the order will be forwarded for implementation immediately after its submission. If you choose one of the online payment methods (PayPal or Przelewy24), the order will be processed after confirming the receipt of the payment on the Foundation's account (via PayPal or Przelewy24).
8.3 If the selected product is available and the Customer has chosen delivery to the indicated address, then the delivery time is from 1 to 8 business days from the day the order was successfully placed. If express delivery is selected, the order is completed with high priority. Delivery times may be extended during periods of sales or special operations.
8.4 NOTE: If you choose one of the online payments (PayPal or Przelewy24) as the payment method, the order will be processed after 100% of the payment for the order has been credited to the Foundation's account or intermediaries, from which time the date on which the goods will be passed to the customer.
8.5. Orders are delivered by a courier selected by the Foundation.
9. Payment methods for the order
9.1 Cash on delivery: payment is made to the courier when the customer receives the courier.
9.2 Transfer: transfers that are accepted by the Foundation are so-called quick transfers made using Przelewy24 or an electronic transfer using PayPal. A feature of quick transfers from Przelewy24 is that after choosing this form of payment, the Customer is safely redirected to the payment operator's website and then, from the operator's side to the website of the bank selected from the list, to transfer the money. The payment operation is carried out between the customer and the selected payment operator.
9.3 The Foundation does not accept traditional transfers, therefore the Customer will not receive the account number to which payment should be made, e.g. at the post office.
9.4 Payment card: The customer must have a card that allows making payments on the Internet (about whether the card meets this condition, please check with the bank that issued the card). Payment by credit card is made via PayPal or Przelewy24. The payment operation is carried out between the customer and the operator of the card owned by the customer.
9.5 Attention! The Online Store will never send a message to the Customer informing that the account for payment has changed, along with a request to make a traditional transfer. If the Customer receives such an e-mail - one should not make a payment or reply to him, one should send an unchanged e-mail to the Foundation to the following address: email@example.com.
10. Sales contract
10.1 The information placed on the store's website www.superorfeo.com does not constitute an offer to conclude a contract in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.
10.2 The contract is concluded in Polish.
11. Performance of the contract - deadline
Depending on the type of delivery option chosen by the Customer (standard, express or pickup at the indicated stationary showroom), the Foundation undertakes to deliver the goods to the Customer within 3 business days (in the case of express delivery) or up to 8 business days (in the case of standard delivery or in the case of collection of an order in a stationary store), from the correct placing of the order. Working days are counted from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
12. Delivery cost
12.1 Deliveries are made only within Poland.
12.2 The cost of delivery depends on the chosen method of delivery and payment and is:
- in the case of delivery to a stationary store and online payment - 0.00 PLN gross;
- if you use the InPost Parcel Locker service and online payments - PLN 12.00 gross;
- by courier and on delivery - PLN 19.90 gross;
- by courier and online payment - PLN 15.00 gross.
13. Withdrawal from the contract
13.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of the goods within 14 days, without giving any reason.
13.2 The right to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the day on which the customer came into possession of the item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the customer came into possession of the item.
13.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must submit to the Foundation an unequivocal statement (model) of withdrawal from the contract in one of the following ways:

- by sending an e-mail to the following address: area@firstname.lastname@example.org
13.4 To meet the deadline to withdraw from the contract, it is sufficient for the Customer to send information regarding the exercise of the Customer's right of withdrawal before the deadline to withdraw from the contract.
13.5 In the event of withdrawal from the sales contract, the Foundation shall return to the Customer all payments received, including the costs of delivery, immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which the Foundation was informed of the Customer's decision to exercise the right to withdraw from the sales contract.
13.6 Payment refunds will be made using the same payment methods that were used by the Customer in the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, the Customer will not incur any fees in connection with this return.
13.7 The Foundation may withhold reimbursement until receipt of the item or until proof of its return is provided, whichever occurs first.
13.8 Items should be sent to the following address: Fundacja „Wspólny ul. Częstochowska 63H 93-121 Łódź, immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which the Customer informed the Foundation about the withdrawal from the sales contract. The deadline is met if the customer sends the item back within 14 days.
13.9 Returns may be made according to the customer's choice at his expense.
13.10 The customer may also return the item at the "Common Area" stationary store at ul. Piotrkowska 111 in Łódź.
13.11 The customer is responsible for reducing the value of the item resulting from using it in a different way than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
14.1 The subject of the sale are new products, without defects. In the event of product defects, the Foundation is responsible for the defects.14.2 Any item bought in the Superorfeo online store can be advertised, in accordance with applicable civil code provisions regarding warranty, if within two years of its release to the Customer, a defect is found that is incompatible with the contract.
14.3 Complaints may be submitted in a stationary store or by post.
14.4 In the case of complaints by post, please indicate the reasons for the complaint and information necessary to identify the order. To make a complaint, the "Complaint" form (available on the website, in the Customer panel, with each order) can be used, which can be filled in online or printed, and then sent the goods to the address: Fundacja "Obszar Wspólny" ul. Częstochowska 63H 93-121 Łódź.
14.5 The Foundation allows customers submitting a complaint to send back faulty goods by courier at the expense of the Foundation. For this purpose, the Customer must complete an electronic complaint form (available in the Customer's panel) with address details from which the courier should pick up the parcel with the advertised products.
14.6 The Foundation will consider the complaint within 14 days and inform the Customer about how to deal with it.
14.7 In the case of positive consideration of the complaint submitted by post, the Customer will receive a refund of incurred, intentional costs of sending the defective product to the e-store.
14.8 If the complaint is not considered, the goods will be sent back to the Customer together with information about the unjustified nature of the complaint.
14.9 In the case of a complaint in a stationary store, after examining it, the Foundation will enable the Customer to collect the good or amount of money along with the reimbursement, in the store where the complaint was made.
15. Cancellation of the order
15.1 The customer may cancel the order.
15.2 The Customer has the option of canceling the order himself, within fifteen minutes of placing the order, in the Customer panel, in the "My Orders" tab, by clicking the "Cancel Order" button for a given order
15.3 The Customer may cancel the order by contacting Customer Service and through the contact form available on the website.
16. Final provisions
A proof of purchase is attached to each purchased item. The customer can download the invoice in the customer panel. The Foundation is not responsible for providing incorrect data by the Customer.
