How to buy in the online store - detailed instructions
After the customer selects the goods, click the "Add to Cart" icon.
The product is transferred to the basket, which is visible after clicking on the basket icon in the bar at the top of the page, which launches a page showing all products that are in the basket.
After selecting the "Proceed to Order Processing" option, a page will open where the Customer data necessary to complete the transaction and ship the ordered goods should be entered.
After logging in to the online store, the Customer gains access to additional options in the Customer panel such as: order history, the ability to check at what stage is the last, placed order, remembering shipping addresses
After choosing the method and entering all necessary data (including invoice data, if necessary), select the payment method.
The customer has the option of choosing the online payment method (payment by card or transfer via PayPal or Przelewy24) or paying for the delivery.
The customer places orders by clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button.
After clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button, and if the Customer has selected online payment, after making the payment via PayPal or Przelewy24, the Customer is redirected to the order confirmation page, from which he can continue shopping or go to the order summary.
If you choose online payment as the form of payment for the goods (transfer or payment by credit card via PayPal or Przelewy24), the payment order should be made immediately after placing the order. If the payment is not received on the account of the Foundation or intermediaries in the transaction (PayPal or Przelewy24), the order is not considered correctly placed, which means that the contract is not concluded and the order will not be processed. In this situation, a new order should be placed.
At each stage of placing the order, until the payment is made, you can cancel the order by stopping the subsequent steps and leaving the subpage for placing orders. An order whose submission process will not be completed by the customer will not be completed.
Immediately after placing the order, an e-mail confirming the order will be sent to the Customer's e-mail address provided in the login data. In the content of this message, the Customer will receive a personalized order number, the entry of which allows, among others determining the status of the contract.
The Foundation may contact the Customer at the e-mail address provided by the Customer or by phone, to the contact phone number provided by the Customer, to clarify doubts, confirm the order or in other matters related to the implementation of the order.
